Pranayama / pran·a·ya·ma is the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises.

Ujjay pranayama is loud “victorious” breath that conquers the wild monkey mind and anchors you into your body.

Kapalbhati “breath of fire” consists of alternating short, explosive exhales and slightly longer, passive inhales. Purification from the inside out.

Dirgha pranayama is known as the “complete” three-part breath. Training yourself to breathe to capacity by filling the three chambers of your lungs.

SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga) - take your traditional asana practice on the water with this 90-minute experience. Each SUP Yoga class includes a SUP 101 lesson, paddle time, and yoga + meditation for all levels.

*Fire - This combo of yoga and high-intensity interval training pushes you to lose your breath, to find it again. You’ll move past your limits, and be guided gently back in this innovative class blend. Ujjay and Kapalbhati Pranayama is your inner source for power during this dynamic hot fusion class. *Surrender - This yin yoga practice is designed to encourage inwards focus while mindfully stressing your body’s connective tissues in long-held poses. Anapana Sati is the foundation and inner source of power during this slow meditative yin yoga practice. (Temp is set at 75-80 degrees F)
